On the night of October 21, the city of Kharkiv was targeted by guided airstrike bombs (KAB) launched by the Russian army, causing considerable damage and injuring several people. Mayor Igor Terekhov reported that the explosions occurred around 00:05 in two districts: Industrial and Nemyshlyanske. The Ukrainian air forces had previously warned about possible missile launches towards Kharkiv. The attack particularly affected the residential sector in the Industrial district, where at least 15 homes were damaged and a fire broke out. At 01:00, the bombings continued in the Nemyshlyanske neighborhood, and the preliminary toll indicates at least 9 people injured. The situation in Kharkiv remains tense, and authorities urge residents to take shelter and follow official instructions.
