Kelemen Hunor said that investments that do not contribute to raising living standards can be temporarily suspended, including the construction of stadiums. He underlined the importance of prioritizing small investments and phasing projects such as photovoltaic panels. Hunor proposed raising VAT and broadening the tax base to reduce the budget deficit.
