Jordan Bardella, the president of the right-wing populist party Rassemblement National (RN), has decided to give up social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok, opting for an old-fashioned photo session aimed at attracting the older conservative electorate. In an interview with Reuters, Bardella discussed the pressures from the US regarding peace agreements with Russia, emphasizing that Ukraine needs international guarantees to prevent Russian aggression.

Recently, he was photographed alongside Princess Maria Carolina of Bourbon-Two Sicilies, which confirmed their romantic relationship and suggested a possible candidacy for him for the presidency of France, replacing Marine Le Pen. This relationship is seen as a political asset, having the potential to attract votes from the working class.

Bardella is focusing on a different economic strategy compared to Le Pen, emphasizing business and wealth creation. Although Le Pen remains officially the RN candidate, she is expected to withdraw following a corruption conviction. Bardella is building his image as a man of the people, and his image advisors hope that his love story with a princess will withstand criticism and strengthen his position in front of voters.
