The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the deportation of 137 members of the international flotilla, who were trying to bring aid to Gaza. The deportees are citizens from several countries, including the USA, Italy, and the United Kingdom. Israeli authorities claim that some of them are obstructing the legal process of deportation. Among the activists is Greta Thunberg. Approximately 40 vessels were intercepted by the Israeli navy during the operation.
