Iran has launched a series of missile attacks on oil and natural gas facilities in Qatar and Saudi Arabia, in response to the bombing of the South Pars natural gas complex by Israel. The Iranian attacks targeted the industrial city of Ras Laffan in Qatar, where significant damage has been reported, and emergency teams have intervened to extinguish fires caused by the missiles.

The Qatari Ministry of Interior has confirmed the attack, emphasizing that no human casualties have been reported. In Saudi Arabia, officials intercepted four ballistic missiles aimed at Riyadh, without recording any damage. Air raid sirens were also heard in Bahrain, and Iran attacked an airbase in Iraq. These escalations in the Persian Gulf conflict could cause significant disruptions in global energy supply, and oil prices have risen by about 5%.
