Iran is committed to enriching uranium, declared Abbas Araghchi, the head of Iranian diplomacy, emphasizing that his country will not yield to external pressures, even if this could lead to military conflict. At a forum in Tehran, Araghchi stated that Iran has paid a significant price for its peaceful nuclear program and insisted that no one has the right to dictate the actions of the country. He also mentioned that the American military presence in the Persian Gulf does not scare the Iranians. In this context, tensions between Iran and the US remain high, with repeated threats from President Donald Trump regarding military intervention, especially following the suppression of internal protests and the Iranian nuclear program.
