A report by India's Air Accident Investigation Bureau has revealed that the fuel switches on a Boeing Air India jetliner moved to the 'off' position just before the plane crashed on June 12, killing 260 people. During a conversation in the cockpit, one pilot asked why the power was switched off and the other denied doing so. The plane lost power and transmitted an emergency signal before crashing into a residential area.
