Hezbollah leader, Naim Qassem, announced on Saturday that the organization will respond to Israeli attacks from Lebanon, despite an official ceasefire currently in effect.

Qassem emphasized that the ceasefire implies a complete cessation of hostilities, but expressed his disbelief in Israel, stating that the resistance fighters will remain prepared to respond to any violations.

His statements were broadcast on television, highlighting Hezbollah's firm stance against Israel.

On the same day, the Israeli army announced the establishment of a 'yellow line' of demarcation in southern Lebanon, similar to that in Gaza, and the elimination of a terrorist cell near its troops, suggesting an escalation of tensions in the region.
