The Bell 206 helicopter that crashed into the Hudson River, killing six people, including three children, was not equipped with flight recorders, according to the NTSB. Authorities are continuing the search to recover critical parts, and investigators are reviewing documents from New York Helicopter Charter's operator. The aircraft, last inspected March 1, had been on seven sightseeing flights on the day of the crash. Victims include a Siemens executive and his family.
