An airplane struck and killed a person while attempting to take off from Denver International Airport, USA

A Frontier Airlines plane caused a tragic incident on Friday evening at Denver International Airport, USA, fatally striking a person during takeoff attempts.

Authorities reported that the victim jumped over the security fence and was hit by the plane just two minutes after entering the runway. The collision led to an engine fire, which was quickly extinguished by Denver firefighters. All 224 passengers were evacuated using inflatable slides, without suffering serious injuries.

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy stated that the intruder violated airport security rules. The victim was not an airport employee and has not yet been identified. Following the incident, 12 passengers reported minor injuries, five of whom were transported to nearby hospitals.
