Authorities warn that the Fancy Bear hacker group, linked to Russian intelligence services, is focusing its attacks on entities involved in the transportation and delivery of military and humanitarian aid. Targets include defense contractors and transport operators, and the attacks use methods such as password cracking and exploiting application vulnerabilities. Cybersecurity agencies in several countries recommend strengthening digital security as hackers obtained sensitive information about aid deliveries to Ukraine.
