Eurostar has announced on Tuesday the suspension of all trains between London, Paris, Amsterdam, and Brussels, due to a power supply issue in the Channel Tunnel and a technical failure on a Le Shuttle train. The company has warned passengers not to head to stations, recommending that they postpone their travels.
Trains scheduled for 15:12, 17:12, 20:12, and 21:12 from Paris to London, as well as those in the opposite direction, have been canceled. Eurostar mentioned that there are severe delays and last-minute cancellations, and passengers are advised not to come to the station without a valid ticket. Additionally, Le Shuttle reported significant delays on the Folkestone-Calais route, and National Rail issued a similar warning for travelers. The company announced a possible gradual resumption of rail traffic starting at 16:00, Romania time.
