Eleven housemaids have been arrested in Hong Kong on suspicion of murder and illegal abortions after one of them was found with a dead fetus at least 28 weeks old. Police discovered drugs suspected to be abortion pills, leading to the arrest of other women. Five were charged and the others are on bail. Abortion is only legal in Hong Kong under strict conditions, and those found guilty can face jail terms.
