A Ukrainian drone attack targeted a refinery near Moscow, causing explosions and a rain of oil droplets in the southeastern area of the Russian capital. Residents reported black stains on their clothes, and authorities denied the existence of an 'oil rain,' but advised vulnerable individuals to leave the area. The explosions resulted in 17 injuries, and columns of thick smoke rose following the attack. The Kapotnia refinery was hit for the third time in a month, and fires also broke out near a shopping center. Airports in Moscow were temporarily closed, and dozens of flights were affected. Drone attacks on Moscow have increased in frequency as Ukraine develops its long-range attack capabilities, generating panic among residents.
