On Sunday night Kiev came under Russian drone and rocket attack on Sunday night, resulting in the death of one person and causing significant fire and destruction. Mayor Vitali Klitschko said rescuers were intervening in four districts, where a kindergarten, a metro station and various commercial properties were damaged. In Kharkiv, explosions were reported, but details of the damage were not provided. Kiev residents took shelter in metro stations during the attack.
