US President Donald Trump, along with his wife Melania, will visit the United Kingdom from September 17-19, as guests of King Charles and Queen Camilla at Windsor Castle. The invitation was extended in a letter from the sovereign, noting that it is the first time a leader has been invited twice for a state visit. Trump was previously received in 2019 by Queen Elizabeth II. While French President Emmanuel Macron had the opportunity to address the British Parliament, Trump will not be able to do the same due to the parliamentary recess.
