President Donald Trump's approval rating has dropped, with 56% disapproving of his handling of the economy and 60% disapproving of his handling of inflation, according to a CBS News poll

The CBS News poll shows a drop in President Donald Trump's approval of his handling of the economy and inflation, with 44% and 40% approving respectively, down four points since the end of March. 54% of respondents believe Trump's policies are more responsible for the state of the economy than Joe Biden's. Nearly 53% say the economy is getting worse, and 49% think Trump's policies are negatively affecting their finances.
