The British airline British Airways has announced the suspension of flights to Abu Dhabi until the end of the year, citing ongoing uncertainties related to the situation in the Middle East. This decision comes in the context of Iranian missile attacks targeting various locations in the United Arab Emirates, including airports and tourist areas. British Airways has also canceled flights to Amman, Manama, Doha, Dubai, and Tel Aviv for the rest of the month.
The Zayed International Airport has advised passengers not to travel to the airport unless they have a confirmed reservation. Other airlines, such as Lufthansa and Virgin Atlantic, have also suspended flights to Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In contrast, Emirates has resumed operations, continuing to monitor the security situation.
