A UPS cargo plane crashed on Tuesday in Louisville, Kentucky, causing a massive explosion and a significant fire. According to Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear, the death toll has reached at least 7, and the number could rise. The accident occurred around 5:15 PM, shortly after takeoff from Muhammad Ali International Airport in Louisville, heading to Honolulu, Hawaii. Footage captured shows the plane taking off with flames on one wing, and a large fireball erupted upon impact. After the crash, several buildings in an industrial area were affected by the fire, and thick smoke was visible from several kilometers away. Local authorities issued a shelter order for people within a five-mile radius of the airport, and investigations are ongoing by the National Transportation Safety Board.
