The attacks took place in the rebel-held city of Idlib, where dozens of civilians, including children, were killed. Rescue group 'The White Helmets' reported that the death toll from the Syrian and Russian attacks on November 27 has reached 56, including 20 children. Insurgents seized control of Idlib province in a daring attack, forcing the army to leave its positions.
