A federal judge has ruled that the US government has sufficient evidence to support monopolization charges against Apple for allegedly using anticompetitive practices to maintain its dominance in the smartphone market. Apple is contesting the charges, arguing there isn't enough evidence to prove monopolization. The lawsuit, which does not yet have a date set, joins a series of legal actions against US tech giants amid intensifying antitrust regulation.
