According to the Ministry of Education's announcement, the number of positions occupied by tenured teachers has increased by 3% for the 2025-2026 school year, following the restructuring of the educational system. This has led to a 17% reduction in positions occupied by unqualified staff and a significant decrease in hourly paid positions, from 30,128 to 14,500. The Ministry emphasizes that these changes have brought benefits to students, including greater access to qualified teachers and better interaction with them.
