The campaign "Take responsibility to be healthy!" returns to the seaside with free consultations

The campaign "Take Responsibility to Be Healthy!", now in its 6th edition, takes place between August 10 and 15 in the resorts of Olimp, Neptun, Venus, Saturn, and Mangalia, aiming to promote health education.

This includes free consultations in specialties such as endocrinology, dermatology, pediatrics, and pneumology, coordinated by prestigious doctors. Previous editions have demonstrated the growing interest of the population in screening and prevention, and the results have revealed health issues in their early stages.

Specialists will assess cardiometabolic risks and will expand the screening program by determining cholesterol and triglyceride levels. The rector of UMFCD, Prof. Univ. Dr. Viorel Jinga, emphasized the importance of these campaigns for health awareness.

Since the beginning of the campaign, nearly 22,000 consultations have been conducted, demonstrating a positive impact on public health. Tourists are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to assess their health status.
