The Minister of Health, Alexandru Rogobete, announced that the severe trauma center in Târgu Mureș is nearly completed, with the crucial stage of equipping it with medical equipment and system testing scheduled for the first part of this year. The building, with an area of 24,113 square meters, will include 5 beds for critical patients, 10 for intermediate therapy, an ICU section with 44 beds, and an operating block with 25 operating rooms. Additionally, there will be spaces for transfusions, sterilization, and training of medical staff. The minister emphasized the importance of this project, stating that the center will make a difference between life and death for critical patients.
