Alexandru Rogobete stressed that many areas in Romania do not have easy access to medical services, which is why the Ministry of Health will organize mobile medical caravans in underserved communities. They will offer consultations, investigations and treatments, covered by the National Health Insurance House. Hospitals will be able to work with local organizations to expand medical services, which will include day hospitalization and diagnostic procedures. The caravan will start at Oașa Monastery, with teams of volunteer doctors.
