INSCOP survey, commissioned by Informat.ro: Ciprian Ciucu leads the race for the position of General Mayor of the Capital, with 31.7% of the votes, followed by Daniel Băluță with 26.1%.

According to the opinion poll, the votes of Bucharest residents for the position of General Mayor of the Capital are distributed as follows: 31.7% Ciprian Ciucu (PNL), followed by Daniel Băluță (PSD) with 26.1% of the options, Anca Alexandrescu (independent supported by AUR and PNȚCD) with 21.1%, Cătălin Drulă (USR) with 12.8% and Ana Ciceală (SENS) 7%. Other candidates registered in the race have accumulated 1.3% of the votes.

The poll on the day of the vote was conducted by INSCOP Research with the support of Informat.ro

The data was collected on December 7, 2025, using the CATI method (telephone interviews), with a sample size of 3421 people, representative of significant socio-demographic categories (gender, age, occupation, sector) for the non-institutionalized population of Bucharest Municipality, aged 18 and over, who voted in the elections for the General Mayor of the Capital. The maximum allowable error of the data is ± 1.7% at a confidence level of 95%.
