A minister from PSD and one from USR dominate the visibility ranking of Government members in the last week, according to information extracted with the help of NewsVibe, an AI media & social media monitoring platform. The study reflects the level of online visibility of ministers, excluding Prime Minister Bolojan, who consistently ranks at a level of exposure far above the rest of the government members. The analysis takes into account not only the frequency and impact of mentions but also the central themes that attracted public attention, as well as the predominant tone of discussions in the digital environment.
Minister Alexandru Rogobete (PSD) is in first place in the ranking of government members present in online conversation from September 24-30. The situation at the Sfânta Maria Hospital in Iași, where several children died after being infected with a bacterium, as well as the reaction of the Minister of Health on this subject, made him the most mentioned government member in the online space. The minister's visibility is a consequence of a public health crisis, a subject that attracted public attention and revitalized the debate about nosocomial infections.
Close behind, with an almost equal number of mentions, is Minister Diana Buzoianu (USR), who thus maintains her position among the ministers consistently present in the forefront of online discussions. Her visibility is due, on one hand, to the rejection of the motion submitted by AUR, but also to the announcement regarding the environmental agreement for the works at the Pașcani hydroelectric power plant. Additionally, the decision to limit retirement bonuses within Romsilva generated interest, consolidating her presence in online conversation.
In third place is the Minister of Defense, Ionuț Moșteanu (USR). His visibility is primarily related to the announcement made at the Cotroceni Palace, according to which CSAT completed the methodological framework regarding the application of legislation concerning the downing of drones and military aircraft that violate national airspace.
The Minister of Culture, András Demeter (UDMR), closes the ranking of government members present in online conversation from September 24-30.
In comparison, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan (who is not included in the analysis) recorded nearly 4,000 mentions, surpassing all other government members combined in this regard.

TRENDS IN MINISTERS' VISIBILITY. The two cabinet members who dominate the top are on an upward trend, more pronounced for Alexandru Rogobete. In his case, however, the tone of conversations is deeply negative, also affected by the terminology used in the public space when discussing the subjects he has been associated with. Minister of Labor, Florin Manole (PSD), is also notable, having recorded an increase in visibility, amid assurances regarding the payment of pensions and salaries, as well as some public interventions related to the labor market (the presence of Asian workers, retirement age, "black work").
PUBLIC TONE BAROMETER. The sentiment analysis reveals the predominantly negative context in which the name Diana Buzoianu is mentioned (although there is also a significantly positive component), primarily concerning the simple motion submitted by AUR against her.
Thematically, a negative tone in conversations about ministers also existed in connection with Russia, AUR, or Sfânta Maria Hospital.
Among the ministers mentioned in a positive context, the name of Florin Manole (PSD) stands out, who announced that there are no issues with the payment of pensions and salaries for Romanians. From the perspective of the topics under debate, EU, NATO, or SMURD were discussed in a favorable context.
The NewsVibe platform uses artificial intelligence tools to assess the tone of online conversations about various subjects and public actors. In this case, all mentions in the digital environment referring to the ministers of the Romanian Government were analyzed.

SEMANTIC NETWORK OF GOVERNMENTAL DEBATES. The semantic network analysis highlights how ministers appear and connect in online debates. Based on the mentions identified in the main online sources in Romania, the NewsVibe platform sheds light on the relationships between the central debate themes and the political actors associated with them.
Romania remains the largest node in the network, positioned centrally in its structure, within a cluster that also includes the names of ministers such as Oana Țoiu (USR) and Ionuț Moșteanu, associated through security and foreign policy themes.
An important segment of the discussions was centered on Diana Buzoianu, in association with political parties such as USR, AUR, and PSD, reflecting the political discussions surrounding the Minister of Environment.
Another important area of debate, reflected by a compact and thematically oriented cluster, targets the health sector and Minister Alexandru Rogobete, with mentions concentrated around the tragedy at the Sfânta Maria Hospital in Iași.
A thematic cluster focused on taxation is emerging around Alexandru Nazare (PNL), in which Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan frequently appears as a reference in public discussions about government policies.
Florin Manole and Daniel David are associated in a less dense cluster, reflecting similar references to salary issues or financial resources, each in their own area of governmental responsibility.
