The morning will be frosty, with minimums down to -21 degrees in the depressions of the Eastern Carpathians. The sky will be mostly clear, but it will gradually become overcast, with possible light mixed precipitation and ice in the south. The wind will blow lightly to moderately, with local intensifications in southern Banat and Moldova. In the mountains, the weather will warm slightly, with a clear sky in the morning and reduced chances of precipitation. In Bucharest, the morning will be frosty, but temperatures will rise to 3-4 degrees during the day, with variable skies and possible light precipitation in the evening. In Iași, maximum temperatures of -4 to -8 degrees are expected, with caution advised on the roads due to frost. Meteoromania has not issued specific warnings for this day.
