Patriarch Daniel voted today in the second round of the presidential elections, but without publicly expressing his choice

The Patriarch of the Romanian Orthodox Church, His Beatitude His Beatitude Daniel, voted on Sunday at a polling station in Bucharest, exercising his right to vote in the second round of the presidential elections. By 17:00, some 9 million Romanians had voted, with a turnout of 50% surpassed at around 16:45, compared to 39.5% in the first round. Voting in the diaspora was also more active, with a 30% increase compared to the first round.
