<p>After the exit-polls were announced giving him a 54.9% victory in the second round, Nicușor Dan declared that the victory belongs to a community that wants real reforms in Romania. He emphasized the importance of functioning institutions, fighting corruption and promoting dialogue. He thanked the volunteers involved in the campaign and acknowledged the dissatisfaction of a part of society, promising to win their trust through deep reforms.
