The Constanța County Police Inspectorate confirmed an incident during the partial local elections in the localities of Lumina and Dobromir, where the photographing of the ballot was reported, an action prohibited by law and considered an offense.

The spokesperson of the IPJ, Andreea Ambroze, emphasized that the agents took the necessary legal measures according to Law 115 of 2015. Despite this incident, the elections were generally held without issues, all polling stations being handed over with intact seals. During the night leading up to the elections, no other incidents related to the security of the electoral process were reported. The MAI structures in Constanța had the missions of maintaining public order and ensuring the security of the transport of the voting results files.
