PSD First Vice President Sorin Grindeanu commented on the letter of the former US ambassadors, saying that the electorate should not be pressured. He emphasized that, regardless of who wins the elections, Romania will not leave the European Union, because the Romanian people do not want this. Grindeanu said that although there might be an isolationist policy within the EU, the actual exit from the Union is extremely difficult.
