<p>The Ministry of Internal Affairs has reported 104 electoral incident reports in the last 24 hours, most of them related to the continuation of electoral propaganda. A total of 32 warnings and five fines, totaling 14,500 lei, were issued, and criminal cases were filed for seven possible offenses. In addition, there were other minor incidents, such as a drunk man trying to enter a polling station before it opened.
