In a speech delivered at the launch of his presidential program, Crin Antonescu said that Romania must firmly align itself with Western values, considering them essential for the country's future. He emphasized the need to strengthen the strategic partnership with the United States and to assume a European identity. Antonescu proposed a new type of presidential leadership, creative and dedicated, mobilizing the nation's resources.
