"If we refer to taxing those who are foreigners by residence, right? Because that's the idea, meaning if they have numbers from other countries... here, in my opinion, it's an excessive populism, in which, somehow, a convenient enemy must be found and who can be the enemy? Generally, it's the foreigner. Now I see that it doesn't even have to be a foreigner by ethnicity, it can be a foreigner by license plate number. If it says IF instead of B, or something else, because of him we don't have space in traffic. It's not like that! We don't have space because there isn't space, effectively, for the hundreds of thousands of cars without optimizing public transport, without having the traffic rings completed," stated Cătălin Drulă, on Tuesday evening, at Euronews Romania.
