Stelian Bujduveanu, interim mayor of Bucharest, expressed on Facebook that his vote was for continuity and responsibility, highlighting the city's need to remain in motion. He compared the administration to an urban marathon, where a constant pace and experience are essential for completing projects. Bujduveanu emphasized the importance of choosing competence and character in the City Hall, stating that Bucharest needs stability and people who build for the long term, not abrupt changes.
He also reaffirmed his commitment to the people of Bucharest and the vision of a serious and results-oriented city. Bujduveanu took over the interim position of the City Hall in May, after Nicușor Dan was appointed as the president of Romania.
