The Central Electoral Bureau has reacted to the decision of the Ploiești Court of Appeal, which suspended the annulment of the presidential elections by the CCR. The BEC emphasizes that this suspension does not affect its work, continuing to organize the elections according to the established schedule. The decision of the CCR has been appealed and remains without effect, and the OUG 1 and the HG benefit from the presumption of legality.
