The PNL deputy from Brașov, Sebastian Rusu, has raised an alarm regarding the inhumane study conditions in schools that operate in multiple shifts, where students' break time has been drastically reduced. Rusu, vice president of the Commission for Labor and Social Protection, criticized the administrative decisions that affect children's development, emphasizing that breaks of only 5 minutes are not sufficient for students' biological needs. Statistics show that over 156,000 students are living in overcrowded conditions, and poor management has led to a reduction in rest time. Rusu highlighted that ignoring these issues affects the intellectual development of new generations, stressing the importance of balance between effort and recovery. Although the Ministry of Education sets clear limits for breaks, many schools choose to ignore them, and this situation must come to an end.
