Daniel David plans to abolish school inspectorates, but admits schools are not ready for reform

Education Minister Daniel David has announced plans to reform the education system, proposing to abolish the County School Inspectorates over the next ten years. They would be replaced by regional centers to better coordinate pre-university education. Although he believes the current system is stuck, David admits that schools are not yet ready for such a change.
