The Labor Inspection has announced the complete deactivation of the Revisal system, and all operations related to employee records will be conducted exclusively through Reges Online. This transition is mandatory for all employers, who must create accounts in the new system and enter the data of active employment contracts. Reges Online allows for the management of hiring, modifications, and terminations of contracts in digital format, facilitating real-time reporting and reducing the risk of errors. The platform offers secure access and transparency, allowing employees to verify the information in their contracts. Non-compliance with reporting requirements may result in fines between 15,000 and 20,000 lei, which is why the Labor Inspection recommends that employers quickly complete the transition and ensure the accuracy of the data entered.
