Transgaz increased its net profit almost 5 times in the first nine months of 2025

The semi-annual report of Transgaz reveals a significant increase in operating revenues, which reached 2.1 billion lei, with a 40% advance, while operating expenses increased by only 9%, reaching 1.5 billion lei. Revenues from capacity reservation increased by 461 million lei, due to the increase in regulated tariffs and reserved capacity.

Additionally, financial revenues doubled, exceeding 300 million lei, influenced by the adjustment of the value of regulated assets according to inflation. Investments made until September 30, 2025, amounted to 766 million lei, with 124.3 million lei being put into operation during the analyzed period. Transgaz is controlled by the General Secretariat of the Government, holding 58.5% of the capital.
