According to data published by the NBR, the three-month ROBOR fell to 5.91%, while the six-month index remained unchanged at 5.97% and the 12-month ROBOR was unchanged at 6.03%. Meanwhile, IRCC, the benchmark index for consumer credit, fell to 5.66% y/y, calculated as the average of daily interest rates on interbank transactions in Q3 2024.
