After the first round of the presidential elections, the ROBOR index started to rise, reaching 6.08% per annum. Recently, the 6-month index fell to 7.37% and the 12-month index to 7.44%. At the same time, the benchmark consumer credit index (CCCI) was set at 5.55% p.a., lower than in the previous quarter, indicating a trend of falling borrowing costs.
