The government approved a memorandum through which the Ministry of Health gives up European funding for 142 health projects, assessing that those in the early stages will not continue. Among these are the construction of hospitals and medical centers in Bucharest, Brașov, Constanța, Arad, and Neamț, totaling a value of 4.1 billion lei. The targeted projects have not initiated procurement contract awarding procedures.
