The Minister of Health, Alexandru Rogobete, announced the completion of a project worth over 15 million lei at the 'Dr. Carol Davila' Clinical Hospital of Nephrology, carried out through PNRR, aimed at reducing nosocomial infections. The investments included the modernization of the microbiology laboratory, the rehabilitation of the hemodialysis center, the modernization of the operating room, and the updating of the ICU.

Rogobete emphasized the importance of these modernizations for patient safety, mentioning that the new equipment allows for faster diagnosis and reduces risks. He thanked the medical team for their responsibility in using the technology. The Minister reaffirmed the commitment to continue investments in medical infrastructure to increase trust in the healthcare system.
