Alexandru Rogobete, the Minister of Health, announced that investments in hospitals will continue, after the Monitoring Committee of the Health Program approved the transfer of nine major projects from the PNRR for funding through the Health Program 2021-2027. The projects include new constructions and modernizations at hospitals in various cities, such as the Alba Iulia County Emergency Hospital, the Pitești Polytrauma Center, and the Timișoara Regional Oncology Institute. Rogobete emphasized that these investments are essential for improving the quality of medical care and patient safety. He also thanked collaborators for their support in this endeavor and announced that the signing of new funding contracts is forthcoming.
