The Minister of Economy, Irineu Darău, stated that discussions regarding the budget and the economic recovery measures proposed by the PSD are ongoing. He emphasized that the negotiation is open and that the budget is a "big puzzle" that requires consultations until the last moment. The final decision will belong to the Prime Minister, who will consult the governing partners, and then it will be submitted to a vote in Parliament. Darău mentioned that each ministry has its own priorities and that efforts will be made to maintain incentives for SMEs, entrepreneurship, and tourism, sectors affected by the economic crisis.
