The foreign exchange reserves of the National Bank of Romania recorded a decrease, reaching 65.015 billion euros on September 30, 2025, compared to 65.188 billion euros at the end of the previous month. In September, inflows of 1.619 billion euros and outflows of 1.792 billion euros were recorded. Gold reserves remained constant at 103.6 tons, with a value of 10.771 billion euros. Total international reserves increased to 75.786 billion euros. Payments due in October 2025 for public debt in foreign currency amount to approximately 2.450 billion euros.
