The Bucharest Stock Exchange opened Thursday's session in decline

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) started Thursday's session in decline, with a turnover of 3.75 million lei (737,300 euros) in the first 30 minutes of trading. The main index BET, which reflects the evolution of the most liquid 20 companies, recorded a depreciation of 0.27%, while the BET-Plus index, which includes the most liquid 43 stocks, decreased by 0.26%. Additionally, the BET-XT index, of the most liquid 25 titles, fell by 0.27%, and BET-BK, the benchmark for investment funds' returns, decreased by 0.17%. The BET-FI index of SIFs recorded a decrease of 0.27%, while BET-NG, which includes 10 companies from the energy sector, fell by 0.30%.

In contrast, the BET AeRO index, which includes 20 companies from the AeRO market, recorded a modest decrease of 0.04%. The largest increases in stock value were recorded by Armătura (+12.50%), Sinteza (+3.20%), and Chimcomplex (+3.19%), while the stocks of Șantierul Naval Orșova (-8.39%), Casa de Bucovina-Club de Munte (-2.40%), and IAR Brașov (-1.75%) had the largest declines.
