The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened Monday's session down across all indices, recording a total turnover of 20.25 million lei (3.97 million euros) after 50 minutes from the start of trading.


The main index BET, which reflects the performance of the 20 most liquid companies, recorded a depreciation of 1.08%. Additionally, the BET-Plus index, which includes the 43 most liquid stocks, decreased by 1.05%. The BET-XT index, of the 25 most liquid titles, lost 1.18%, while BET-BK, the benchmark for investment funds' returns, fell by 1.38%. The BET-FI index of SIFs recorded a depreciation of 2.02%, and BET-NG, which includes 10 companies from the energy sector, decreased by 1.13%. The largest increases were observed in the stocks of Rompetrol Well Services (+2.13%), Aerostar (+2%), and Rompetrol Rafinare (+1.79%). In contrast, the stocks of UAMT decreased by 12.38%, followed by Roca Industry Holdingrock1 (-9.04%) and Transilvania Investments Alliance (-3.49%).
